Wide range of species present on the slide, including Actinoptychus sp., Aulacodiscus aemulans, Aulacodiscus archangelskianus, Ditylum sp., Rattrayella simbirskiana (current name Eupodiscus simbirskiana). Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. 63x Leitz Pl Apo NA 1.40 objective, and 100x Leitz Pl Apo NA 1.32-0.60 objective, oil immersion. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, oil immersion, oblique lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. Stacks prepared in Zerene (Pmax).
