I am aware that these are not diatoms, however it is an interesting arrangement so am including it in the collection. Olympus BHB micrscope using 450nm LED light. 10x Nikon Plan Apo NA 0.45 objective. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, brightfield lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. Two stacks of images prepared in Zerene (Pmax) and pasted together in Photoshop.
