A 136 form exhibition rosette by Klaus Kemp. Prepared in 2002 and mounted in Styraclor. This arrangement had a wandering diatom, and this was corrected for in post processing. The slide has been damaged at some point in its life and is missing a piece of glass. Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. 10x Nikon Fluor NA 0.5 objective. Leitz Heine condenser, set to almost dark ground. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. Removed 20mm of extension from full Nikon setup tube length to fit it all in. 5 images stacked in Zerene (Dmap).
