


An arrangement of three Hydrosera whampoensis from the River Tamar, Tasmania. Mounted in Styrax with a 0.16mm coverslip. Says 9/22, so presumably dated September 1922. Prepared by HRS Williams. Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. I imaged the one on the right at higher resolution using a 63x Leitz Pl Apo 1.4 objective, oil immersion. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, oil immersion, oblique lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. 41 images stacked in Zerene (Pmax).
