Three examples of Hyalodiscus subtilis from Kamischev, Russia. Mounted in Styrax and dated 8/6/[19]65. Prepared by CN Walter. Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. As well as the arrangement, I imaged the two on the right hand side using the 63x Leitz Pl Apo 1.4 objective, oil immersion. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, oil immersion, slightly oblique lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. 39 images stacked in Zerene (Pmax). 60 images stacked in Zerene (Pmax).
