


A strew slide of mainly Cocconeis hustedtii from a fish tank at 74-78 degrees F. Identified by John Carter. Mounted in Naphrax and dated January 1972. Prepared by ECP Bone. Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. As well as the strew, I imaged one using 63x Leitz Pl Apo 1.4 objective, oil immersion. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, oil immersion, oblique lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. 12 images Pmax. 2µm scale bar.
