Couple of uncertainties on this slide. Labelled as Aulacodiscus amoenus var. sparso-radiata from Oamaru, New Zealand, but it looks more like Auliscus amoenus var. sparsipunctata based on the images I can find. Single example on the slide. There is no makers name on the label however it is very similar to slides by WA Firth, although Barbour brothers ones are also very similar. Looks to be from the 1880s. 63x Leitz Pl Apo 1.4 objective, oil immersion. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, oil immersion, brightfield lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. 60 images stacked in Zerene (Pmax).
