Strange blue tint to the sample area – is this the coverslip or the mountant causing that? Remains to be seen. I’ve not been able to find any comparison images for A. aucklandicus to check these against. Olympus BHB microscope using 390nm LED light. 20x Nikon Plan Apo NA 0.65 objective.
