A locality slide arrangement from the Adriatic Coast of South Italy. Prepared by Northern Biological Supplies. Mounted in Hyrax. Some movement of the diatoms, and one had made it to the red ring around the arrangement. Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. 10x Nikon Plan Apo NA 0.45 objective. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, brightfield lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. Two stacks prepared in Zerene (Pmax) and pasted together in Photoshop.
