An arrangement of nine Surirella biseriata. No makers name but I’m fairly sure this was by Watson and Sons Ltd. Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. As well as the arrangement I imaged one using the 50x Leitz Fluoreszenz 1.0 objective, water immersion. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, oil immersion, oblique lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. 29 images stacked in Zerene (PMax). Rim upwards towards the coverslip (underside view). Couldn’t get close enough with the 40xL or 63xL Pl Apo objectives, hence thee nice long working distance 50x.
