A slide of Dictyoneis marginata from the Adriatic Sea, in between two Eupodiscus diatoms. One viewed from the side. No makers name. Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. As well as an image with a 10x Nikon Plan Apo NA 0.45 objective, I imaged one using the 63x Leitz Pl Apo NA 1.40 objective, oil immersion. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, oil immersion, oblique lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. 46 images stacked in Zerene (Pmax).
