A strew slide labelled Diatomées from Jeremie, Haïti. Mainly radiolario and sponge spicules. Some diatom fragment (including Entogonia sp.). Very yellow mountant. Prepared by J. Tempère and H. Peragallo. Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. I did find an intact Triceratium trisulcum var. haytiana and imaged this using a 63x Leitz Pl Apo 1.4 objective, oil immersion. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, oil immersion, oblique lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. 61 images stacked in Zerene (Pmax).

Name based on Truan y Luard, A. & Witt, O.N. (1888). Die Diatomaceen der Polycystinenkreide von Jeremie in Hayti, Westindien. Friedlander et Sohn, Berlin., 24 pp., 7 pls. Plate VI, Fig. 15. I have a scan of the image from that on this site here.
