An arrangement of two Biddulphia reticulata from Ainbrim, New Hebrides, Pacific Ocean (maybe Ambrym, a volcanic island in the archipelago of Vanuatu?). Recent marine material, one viewed from the side, the other from the top down. Sty.mix. (Styrax mix) mountant and dated July 1966. Prepared by ECP Bone. Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. 40x Leitz Pl Apo NA 1.00 objective, oil immersion. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, oil immersion, slightly oblique lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. 61 images stacked in Zerene (Pmax).

Page 14, Plate 2, Figures 13-15. This name is currently regarded as a synonym of Pseudictyota reticulata (Roper) P.A.Sims & D.M.Williams.
