


An arrangement of three Doryphora boeckii from Quinnipiac (spelt Quininpiac on the slide) River, Connecticut. No name, but I think this is by JA Long. Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. I selected one of them (the right hand side one in the arrangement) for further imaging. 63x Leitz Pl Apo 1.4 objective, oil immersion. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, oil immersion, oblique lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. 25 images stacked in Zerene (Pmax).
