A Biddulphia arrangement from Oamaru, California and Barbados. Not named, but prepared by Wallace Frederick Reeve. Mounted in Sirax and dated September 1948. Olympus BHB microscope using 450nm LED light. 20x Nikon Plan Apo NA 0.65 objective. Olympus Aplanat Achromat condenser, brightfield lighting. 2.5x Nikon CF PL photoeyepiece. Monochrome converted Nikon d850 camera. 3 stacks of images prepared in Zerene (Pmax) and pasted together in Photoshop. The label says ’15 Biddulphia’, however only 13 are visible, and one of those is very close to the locating ring. One is under the locating ring, the other I didn’t see (perhaps it is also under the ring somewhere). With 450nm light the one under the ring is very hard to see, but it is easier to spot with broad spectrum white LED light. I’ve actually reduced the resolution of the combined image to 50% of the original length on each side. This should make loading and viewing easier.
